Indians ink Tony Graffanino
The Indians have re-signed Tony Graffanino to a minor league contract with an invitation to Major League spring training camp. The 36 year old infielder played 25 games with Buffalo last year and batted .315 with 6 RBI.
He’s a long shot to make the big club and there’s no indication whether he’d accept an assignment with the Clippers.
His health is the biggest issue because he’s now 18 months removed from a right knee injury that ended his 2007 season with Milwaukee.
